Jac Architecture is excited to unveil our latest architectural endeavor in collaboration with Belmont One Investments—a striking new 2,000-square-foot contemporary drive-thru restaurant located in the Canyon Country outskirt neighborhood of Santa Clarita, California.

This project represents more than just a functional dining space—it’s a bold architectural statement. Our design approach embraces contemporary aesthetics, characterized by clean rectilinear forms, contrasting materials, and a strong visual identity that will make the structure instantly recognizable to passersby.

Santa Clarita’s unique charm and thoughtful urban planning are central to our design direction. We’ve worked closely with the city’s Specific Plan guidelines to ensure that the restaurant not only meets jurisdictional requirements but compliments the surrounding built environment. The result is a seamless blend of modern design language with contextual sensitivity—a building that feels both fresh and familiar.

• Material Contrast: A curated palette of materials—such as smooth stucco, warm wood form accents, and sleek metal panels—adds depth and visual interest.

• Memorable Identity: The structure is designed to be a local landmark, with a distinctive silhouette and thoughtful lighting that ensures visibility and recognition day or night.
