Veil of Grace Salon, Owner occupied and opened for business the first week of December. This is a 1,200 square foot hair salon in downtown Newhall, CA. We took an unlikely suite in an existing 2-story 20,000 square foot building originally designed for a single occupant and created the owner's vision of an industrial-modern salon worthy of any class 'A' building. By removing all existing ceilings, partitions, opening a 20' structural bearing wall, we turned a very closed and compartmentalized office suite into a bright open workspace with exposed infrastructure, modern LED strip lighting, copper pendant fixtures, and clean millwork lines.
