A 3,700 S.F. full suite tenant improvement to provide a new full service veterinary clinic complete with modern surgery center. The design team took a dated office building and created a modern medical clinic capable of offering routine preventive care to advanced diagnostics, surgery, and emergency services. The unique characteristics of the roof system offered opportunity to expand the volume of the lower-level open bay treatment space as well as provide mezzanine level view from an upper-level conference room and private doctors quarters.
