The primary objective of this design initiative is to transform the home into a modern ranch family residence that harmoniously blends contemporary aesthetics with the enduring charm of the original structure.

The remodel will feature a thoughtful layout that emphasizes open spaces, promoting a sense of connectivity and flow throughout the home. This will be achieved by removing some interior walls to create expansive living areas that encourage family interaction and social gatherings.
